Ramini Mozzarella had such a beautiful day on Sept 15th at the Slow Food Fresh Food Picnic at Rancho Mark West. Great food great company and "pleasure". Thanks to every one who stopped at our table to try some mozzarella and Thank You to to Joshua Schwartz of Del Dotto Vineyards for mixing up a fresh batch of basil mousse to serve with our Mozzarella.
